Announcement
New York City Real Estate Regional Center is proud and excited to announce that we have a total of 9 EB-5 I-526 applications approved by USCIS directly without request for any evidence as of May 1, 2013! The most recently approved investor was approved in less than five months (149 days), which is much shorter than the average of 11.7 months for USCIS to adjudicate I-526 petitions. We congratulate our approved investors and extend to them our warmest wishes as they immigrate to the United States. We also wish the best of luck to our other investors with pending applications, and we invite everyone interested in the EB-5 program to visit our Regional Center.
